FIBERnJOY® products contain natural fiber, processed from a plant pseudostem. Mostly insoluble fiber with a trace amount of soluble fiber. Unique processing methods ensure maximum natural texture, while maintaining correct amount of moisture content and the form of the product, may be chunky, wet pulp or paste form.
FIBERnJOY® products are mainly insoluble plant fibers in different forms to be added into any food product. It is basically processed as taste free food ingredient with many options. It can be added in to any type of processed or semi processed food products or by itself as a fiber rich food product.
It can be used in any bakery products such as bread, buns, cakes, muffins, donuts, bagels etc. Any snack products, chips, bites, biscuits etc., also in any meat products, burgers, sausages, links, chicken nuggets, meat balls, etc. Also can use in scramble eggs, waffles , pan cakes etc. It is by itself can be used as a pickle or in chunk form to be added in soups. In any dessert product, sweet product or even can mix with ice cream.
FIBERnJOY® fiber ingredient are processed with no flavor. The advantage of our product is, it absorb any flavor from the food product you make. And it is an advantage to use FIBERnJOY® fibers to give softness and extended taste stability and texture.
FIBERnJOY® fiber products are made out of 100% edible plant fiber source and processed to keep the natural feel to it. By that way it can be added up to 50% by weight or volume to many food products without compensating the quality of the product. This process makes any of the processed food product with loads of fiber, reduced calories and healthier food product. Our products are in the process of FDA-GRASS listing approval.
It is depending on the food product made/processed adding FIBERnJOY® fibers. It has a regular shelf life depend on your final product you buy, may be frozen, fully processed or semi processed. FIBERnJOY® fibers may be in the form of fully processed, a dry product, pickled product, in a sauce, bottled, stored in a semi-liquid medium and in most cases it will not change the shelf life of food products when it is being used as an additive.
Recommended fiber intake is 25-38 grams/day as per the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. For adult female 25 grams/day minimum and adult male 38 grams/day minimum. Americans get less than half of these amounts. Introducing FIBERnJOY® products in a healthy diet, it can be easily ensured the recommended dose of fiber in every day.
It is depending on the final food product to be made using FIBERnJOY® fibers. But FIBERnJOY® fibers may be processed gluten free depending on the final product to be made. See the product label for more details.
